The app provides a standardized daily practice beneficial for all these concerns along with tailored options for specific issues. Moreover, Allevi8 encourages users to complete a straightforward monthly survey tracking their status across nine indicators: pain, tiredness, nausea, drowsiness, lack of appetite, shortness of breath, depression, anxiety, and overall well-being.
