The Allevi8 app offers a thoughtfully curated collection of practices designed to address common issues associated with serious health challenges. Key focus areas include managing stress and anxiety, pain relief, emotional regulation, sleep enhancement, supportive healing, optimizing treatment outcomes, and discovering meaning and purpose amidst adversity. The app provides a standardized daily practice beneficial for all these concerns along with tailored options for specific issues. These practices are rooted in teachings from an unbroken meditation lineage extending over thousands of years and are supported by considerable clinical experience gathered in recent decades.

Moreover, Allevi8 encourages users to complete a straightforward monthly survey tracking their status across nine indicators: pain, tiredness, nausea, drowsiness, lack of appetite, shortness of breath, depression, anxiety, and overall well-being. Based on the frequency of practice reported by users, the app offers feedback on how these indicators may fluctuate.
