The Allevi8 app offers a thoughtfully curated collection of practices designed to address common issues associated with serious health challenges. The app provides a standardized daily practice beneficial for all these concerns along with tailored options for specific issues. These practices are rooted in teachings from an unbroken meditation lineage extending over thousands of years and are supported by considerable clinical experience gathered in recent decades.

Moreover, Allevi8 encourages users to complete a straightforward monthly survey tracking their status across nine indicators: pain, tiredness, nausea, drowsiness, lack of appetite, shortness of breath, depression, anxiety, and overall well-being.
